Duties and autority of business manager is the management and supervision of the operational and administrative activities and monitoring the quality and security of the services, including the supplier services.

In accordance with Art. 6 item 3 of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism (“Narodne novine” No. 130/17) we inform customers that a complaint which express their dissatisfaction with the service provided may be submitted in writing:
